To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, all customers are required to review and acknowledge our Hold Harmless & Release of Liability Agreement prior to service.
The agreement outlines the risks associated with off-road recovery services and confirms that the vehicle owner or authorized party accepts responsibility for those risks. This document helps protect both parties and allows us to provide recovery and support services safely and efficiently.
