Off-Road Recovery & Service Pricing
HLORR provides the pricing details below so customers have a clear idea of what to expect for Off-Road Recovery and Support Services. Every situation is different, and final pricing can vary based on conditions, access, travel time, and the level of recovery work required.
We maintain a minimum service charge of $100 for any service call. This covers dispatch, mobilization, and our initial response effort. The more information you can provide up front, the more accurately we can estimate your pricing.

In certain situations, the minimum charge or deposit may be required electronically prior to service, even for cash payments. See our Cash Payments page for details.

Daytime Hours
6AM – 6PM
- Initial service call: $100
- Paved road travel: $30/hr
- Off-road / trail travel: $50/hr
- Water recovery surcharge: +$100
Evening Hours
6PM – 8PM
- Initial service call: $150
- Paved road travel: $50/hr
- Off-road / trail travel: $75/hr
- Water recovery surcharge: +$150
Night Hours
8PM – 11PM
- Initial service call: $150
- Paved road travel: $50/hr
- Off-road / trail travel: $75/hr
- Water recovery surcharge: +$200
Late Hours
11PM – 6AM
- Initial service call: $200
- Paved road travel: $50/hr

What Affects Final Pricing?
- How far we need to travel
- Whether access is by paved road, seasonal road, trail, two-track, or deep off-road terrain
- Snow, mud, sand, water, or other difficult recovery conditions
- Vehicle condition, position, and how much recovery work is required on scene
- Time of day and seasonal conditions
